Do you offer different camera ecosystems?

We have the following in-house: ARRI Amira, Sony FX9, Sony A74 (2), Black Magic Pyxis 12K & Fuji S1H.

We can also accommodate other camera systems if requested.


What payment methods do you offer?

We accept credit card, ACH, Zelle & Venmo, physical check

Please note for any credit card payment it will be paid via square.com + additional processing fees added to invoice.


Do you offer rentals?

Yes. You will need a COI and contact us at least 3-5 days before rental period to ensure we can accommodate you.


Do you offer non-profit discounts?

We do not currently offer discounts for education clients or non-profits.

We do offer a referral program if you are looking for a discount/credit


Do you offer expedited post work?

Yes. We offer rushed/expedited post work for an added rush fee.


How do we lock/hold filming date(s)?

Request a price quote. Once that is approved & filming contract is signed we will send deposit information. Once deposit is received by us we will hold/lock date(s).

Dates will not be held without formal quote sent, contract signed & deposit sent.


Insurance/COI?

Yes, we have insurance/COI. Depending on your location of filming this might need to be adjusted. We require a minimum of 3 to 5 days before filming to check if COIs are approved by the building, studio, or production.

If COI needs to be adjusted the adjustment will be billed on your final invoice.


Filming permits

Please let us know if a permit is needed & we can get you in the right direction.


When are deposits / final payments due?

Deposits are due as they are stated on invoice/contract depending on project. Final payments are due NET 30 unless otherwise stated.


How long are downloads available?

Download links are available for 30 days after final exports are sent via email or online delivery


Do you travel to other states for filming?

Yes, we do! We request advance notice notice for travel jobs within the US. For jobs outside of US we require 15 days notice.

Dates will not be held without formal quote sent, contract signed & deposit sent.


What hours are you open/online?

We are open (M-F) 8:00am - 5:00pm

Weekends we are closed; but if requested in advance we can accommodate weekend projects. (weekend rate will apply.)

Please note we do not monitor emails, calls, texts during the weekend/or after 5:00PM (weekday)


We have a small budget, are you able to help?

Depending on the size of the budget and type/size of the project we can send you a formal priced quote and see if we can be of assistance.

Do you do international projects?

Yes we do offer international projects with multiple languages.


Will you work with our existing footage?

Yes we can use your existing footage you already have in your library.


Do you offer a client portal?

Yes, if you are a current client please use this link here to access the client portal login request.

Do you offer Pre Production/Scouting?

Yes, we do. We also offer scouting services.

If you need pre production/scouting after a quote is sent please let us know and we will add that into your final quote.
