Below are some of our most frequently asked questions. Let us know if you have any questions that are not on this page!


Q: Do you offer different camera ecosystems? πŸŽ₯

A: Yes! We currently offer: ARRI, Sony, & Fuji - but we can also accommodate other camera systems if requested.


Q: What payment methods do you offer? πŸ’³

A: We take credit card, ACH, Zelle & Venmo. Please note for any credit card payment it will be paid via square.com + additional processing fees added to invoice.


Q: Do you offer camera/gear rentals? 🎞️

A: Yes.. but you will need a COI and contact us at least 10 days before rental period to ensure we can accommodate you.


Q: Do you offer educational / non-profit discounts? 🏫

A: Sadly we do not currently offer discounts for education clients or non-profits


Q: Do you offer expedited post work? πŸ“†

A: Yes, we offer rushed/expedited post work for an added rush fee.


Q: How do we lock/hold in a filming date(s)? πŸ—“οΈ

A: Request a price quote, once that is approved & filming contract is signed we will send deposit information. Once deposit is received by us we will hold/lock those date(s). Dates will not be held without formal quote sent, contract signed & deposit sent.


Q: Do you have a COI? πŸ“œ

A: Yes, we have a COI. Depending on your location of filming this might need to be adjusted. We require a minimum of 5 days before filming to check if COIs are approved by the building or studio. If COI needs to be adjusted the adjustment will be billed on your final invoice.


Q: Do you provide permits for filming? πŸ“‘

A: No.. we do not directly provide permits for filming locations. Please let us know if a permit is needed & we can get you in the right direction.


Q: When are deposits / final payments due? πŸ’³

A: Deposits are due as they are stated on invoice/contract depending on project. Final payments are due NET 30 unless otherwise stated.


Q: How long are download links available for? πŸ•°οΈ

A: Download links are available for 15 days after final exports are sent via email or online delivery


Q: Do you travel to other states for filming? πŸš€

A: Yes, we do! We require at minimum 10 day notice for travel jobs within the US. For jobs outside of US we require 20-30 days notice. Dates will not be held without formal quote sent, contract signed & deposit sent.


Q: What hours are you open? πŸͺ

A: We are open (M-F) 8:00am - 5:00pm


Q: We have a small budget, are you able to help? πŸ’¬

Q: Do you do international projects with different languages? πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

A: Yes.. but added cost & translation fees will be added


Q: Will you work with our existing footage? 🎬

A: Yes we can use your existing footage you already have in your library.


Q: Do you offer a client portal? πŸ”’

A: Yes, if you are a current client please use this link here to access the client portal login request. This will take 24-48 hours.


Q: Do you offer Pre Production/Scouting?

A: Yes, we do. We also offer scouting services. If you need pre production/scouting after a quote is sent please let us know and we will add that into your final quote. If added after the fact you will be billed accordingly.


Q: How are reimbursables/expenses billed?

A: Reimbursable expenses are billed on NET 15 terms, starting from the date the items are purchased**

  • If the total reimbursable amount is under $50.00 the charges will be included on your final invoice due NET 30.

  • If the total reimbursable(s) are over $50.01, you will receive a separate invoice as soon as the items are booked or ordered, with payment due within 15 days**
